With hundreds of restaurants up and down the famous Las Vegas Strip, there’s truly something for everyone. And while having blowout meals and just about every cuisine at every resort is possible, it’s easier than ever to find plant-based options that feel just as special. You just have to know where to look.
As a vegetarian for over 35 years who loves visiting Sin City, I was pleasantly surprised by the wealth of Las Vegas restaurants with vegan and vegetarian food options. Here are my top 10 picks.
Crossroads Kitchen, Resorts World Las Vegas

An outpost of the famed Los Angeles restaurant, Crossroads Kitchen is an all-vegan restaurant on the Strip that elevates vegan dishes to fine-dining status. The menu includes chef Tal Ronnen’s clever plant-based takes on things like linguine with scallops, caviar and chips, and house-made Italian sausage. It’s so good, even the meat-eaters in the group will love it.
Nobu, Paris Las Vegas

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is synonymous with award-winning Japanese cuisine, including trendsetting seafood and steak dishes found around the world. But Nobu also offers plenty of meat-free options sprinkled throughout the menu. The pièce de résistance is a multi-course vegetarian Omakase tasting menu featuring an impressive array of seafood-free sushi, sashimi, and other bites. There are also Nobu outposts in Caesars Palace and Virgin Hotel.
Orla, Mandalay Bay Resort Casino

At Orla, award-winning celebrity chef Michael Mina uses his Signature Spice Box, with fragrant herbs, aromatic spices, and zesty citrus, to infuse vegan and vegetarian food with distinct flavors. Plant-based options include the Greek salad, pan-fried cheese, zucchini fritters, and whipped chickpea hummus. Leave room for the table-side Greek frozen yogurt sundae topped with 24K golden honey!
Brezza, Resorts World Las Vegas

With its focus on fresh, seasonal produce and regional dishes, Italian cuisine naturally lends itself to being vegetarian-friendly. Brezza’s menu offers a variety of vegan and vegetarian food options, including house-made pasta dishes, heirloom Caprese salad, Margherita pizza, mascarpone mashed potatoes, and semolina cakes for dessert. For small bites, try the marinated Italian olives, farmers market pickles, fried shishito peppers, and peppadew peppers from the Cicchetti menu. Brezza also has a variety of refreshing mocktails for those who want a festive drink without alcohol.
Chyna Club, Fontainebleu Las Vegas

Be prepared for a feast at Chyna Club, which serves Cantonese dishes and dim sum in the Fontainebleau Las Vegas resort. The restaurant’s swanky vibe and upscale dining provide a chic atmosphere for indulging in a plant-based meal. Start with the green Peking “duck” made from crispy yuba. Try the Sichuan vegetable dumpling, tofu eggplant clay pot, and braised organic maitake mushroom, and add the steamed organic Thai hom mali jasmine rice. The green leaf symbol on the menu makes it easy to order vegetarian food.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart serves fresh, locally sourced fare in an environment reminiscent of a chic farmhouse. The French-inspired menu features gorgeous house-made flaky, buttery breads, enormous pierogies that are heaven wrapped in a dumpling, ricotta-stuffed zucchini blossoms that are delicate delectables, and corn-jalapeno fritters that have just the right amount of kick. To continue the French theme, visit the adjacent Vanderpump à Paris for creme brûlée beignets and Instagram-worthy cocktails.

Como Poolside Cafe and Bar offers open-air dining inspired by Lake Como, Italy. The extensive menu features breakfast and lunch specialties, drinks, desserts, and more. There’s no shortage of plant-based options to choose from, such as the avocado bruschetta, Mediterranean omelet, hummus plate, vegetable sushi roll, and falafel burger. Pair your meal with a Bellagio bellini or frozen pineapple whip mocktail.

The artful and creative LPM Restaurant and Bar evokes the whimsy and extravagance of the Riviera with a joyful Mediterranean menu and plenty of vegetarian food options. From sweet corn salad to homemade gnocchi and ratatouille, you will not leave hungry. Every drink on the specialty cocktail menu tells a story inspired by legendary French artist, writer, and socialite Jean Cocteau.

Worldwide Din Tai Fung is known for its soup dumplings, and rightfully so. Every fold in each dumpling is handcrafted by a busy team of chefs, often right in front of your eyes. While soup dumplings by nature aren’t usually vegan, DTF stands out for its vegan food options, like dumplings, buns, spicy wontons, wonton soup, noodles, and vegetable sides. You can also sink your teeth into several sweet treats, including chocolate and mochi xiao long bao.

Harvest, Bellagio Las Vegas

Harvest is a farm-to-table dining experience focusing on seasonal eats with plant-forward selections. Ask for the vegan menu to order appetizers, entrees, sides, and desserts suitable for a healthy lifestyle. I recommend the tempura sweet potato, parsnip soup, or roasted honey nut squash. It’s located near the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, which has jaw-dropping, larger-than-life seasonal displays.

Superfrico’s culinary creations explode with layers of flavors and plenty of vegan and vegetarian food options.
